4. Refund Policy

At Cyex Tech Solutions, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with our services, we offer a refund policy under the following terms:

• Eligibility: Refunds are only eligible if the work does not meet agreed specifications or fails to function as promised.
• Time Frame: Clients must request a refund within 14 days of service delivery.
• Conditions: Refunds will not be provided for custom work that was developed as per the client's specifications but may not have achieved expected business outcomes.
